Sorry for being lazy with updating this site in the last few weeks! As some of you might know I was busy with my very final exams which I have successfully completed.

Anyways, I am working on two new mixtapes at the moment! The sequel of the fresh & clean mixtape "fresh & clean pt.2" is almost finished and another one will be completed until this Sunday. So be prepared for some great music!
Other than that I am currently working on a DJ Shadow remix...

The two mixtapes and the remix will be my last releases for this year as I will be going to Sydney from September till February '09!
But don't worry! I still got some old unreleased stuff for ya'll!

I got THE BOOK!!!

Today I finally received "The Sampling Dictionary 2008". A book from Japan containing about 16.000 entries of (mostly Hip Hop) songs and their corresponding original breaks. After reading it for about 5 minutes I came to the conclusion:

THE BEST BOOK I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!



You can even find some German artists like "5 Sterne Deluxe", "Afrob" or the "Beginner" in there.

Datarecovery too expensive, but good service!

Hey folks,

just received the analysis results of my broken hard drive. It is definitely possible to recover all the data but will cost 560,- Euro or 350,- (4 to 5 weeks!).

Therefore I decided to abstain from the data recovery. It's too expensive.
But don't worry, I will do the mash up album again from scratch. But before I do so I will buy me another hard drive to sync all my stuff. That should do the trick ;-)

Also be prepared for a brand new track I did yesterday. In my opinion the best track I ever done did, fa show!

The Datarecovery service www.datarecovery.eu is quite good. They offer 30% off for students holding an ISIC card (all services included). And the price is cheap compared to other datarecovery services asking for about 1000,- Euros, without discount!

I am really pissed!!! F**k

I just wrecked my external Hard Drive before I wanted to create a backup! As it fell down of my table there is nothing I can do to fix the problem. Definitely a mechanical problem.

It will cost me quite a bunch of money to recover all my data (mixtapes, the mashup album, MP3z,...). I do not have backups of the important music stuff, f**k.

I will try to send it to a special data recovery lab, which will cost me at least 200,- € if there is a chance to recover the data. If not, there will be no mashup album coming out this year. I don't have the time to start again. It took too long.

UPDATE:
I just got an email from the lab. It will probably cost about € 400,- - € 1.400,-. Bye bye mashup album...

I am seriously thinking about deleting my StudiVZ account!

Geschäftsführer Marcus Riecke erklärte gegenüber Spiegel online, dass die Änderung der Nutzungsbedingungen nicht nur die Einführung personalisierter Werbung zum Ziel habe, sondern auch eine bessere Zusammenarbeit mit Fahndern ermöglichen solle. Auf die Anfrage, ob sein Portal bei behördlichen Verweisen auf eingestellte Fotos von Cannabis-Konsumenten "Klarnamen zu den Profilen und allen Kommentaren" an Staatsanwaltschaften weiterleiten würde, meinte Riecke wörtlich:

"Gott sei Dank dürfen wir bei Ermittlungsersuchen solche Daten nun herausgeben. Nutzungsdaten speichern wir bei allen Nutzern, die uns das erlaubt haben durch ihre Einwilligung."
